Weight Watchers wednesday

So just for this week it is weight in on a Wednesday, then next week back to normal Tuesdays, which means i will have one less day than normal. Yuck.
But this week i had one extra day.
No it didn't help.
my weight in, -0.6
So although this is not a plus, its not what i wanted.
My total now is -10 lbs in 4 weeks.
This does sound great, and makes me smile, but i need to pick up the pace.

I think I am going to wipe the dust off the DVD, and start shredding!
I think, maybe i can find the time to shred at least 5 times a week?
Lets see.

This weeks goal, SHRED with Jillian Michaels.
Cheers to that....i think!

Good job on the weight loss. I havent tried WW, but I've been eating right and exercising. I've lost 40 pounds so far. Another 20 to go! I blog at Fitness Achievement

pft he is only ready for another kid because I am now saying I am not! When I talk about wanting another he gets all "no I only want one blah blah blah" but when I do something to prevent more he gets all "awww but I want another baby" hahaha he always has the opposing side.

someone seriously stole the mice?! thats actually pretty funny.
